Welcome
Synthesis Rehab offers a unique service of Physiotherapy assessment, advice and Rehabilitation expertise, all at the touch of a button.
Specialising in virtual consultations, we offer a bespoke service which aims to fully understand your needs, goals and what matters to you.
Based in rural Mid-Wales, we also offer a face-to-face service in our easily accessible clinic.
We specialise in working with older people with movement problems and adults of any age with muscle and joint (musculoskeletal) issues affecting mobility and activities of daily living.
No matter where you are in the world, we offer an English language virtual clinic designed to help you with problems of falls, mobility or musculoskeletal conditions.
We recognise that older people may have difficulty accessing help and therefore our service is designed to provide options for family members, friends or carers to be included in the consultation for support if required.
With over 20 years' experience each in the British National Health Service, our clinicians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). We have Advanced Practice qualifications at Master's Degree level and a wealth of expertise to help you.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Very informative. I attended the falls risk service and now feel much more confident in going out. Jason is a good listener and has a great deal of knowledge about the causes and risks of falls and what can be done about them.
