Musculoskeletal Assessment and Rehabilitation
At Synthesis Rehab, we provide a specialised service designed to help you with musculoskeletal conditions. These may include problems due to injury, disease, surgery or chronic pain.
We will take a detailed history from you and perform a thorough assessment. We will then agree goals and a treatment plan. The aim of the treatment plan is to enable and empower you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.
This service is available through virtual (video) consultation or face-to-face in our Mid-Wales clinic.
